Utkarsh: as seen in my description of change, I didn't include the task fields as I thought we didn't need those anymore as we basically use seeds in livecd-rootfs mantic instead of tasks. But I see Michael proved me wrong!

Michael: yes, that's the idea. For now this is basically an open discussion. I was even thinking of making a metapackage for this, and then doing the `add_task enhanced-secureboot` in livecd-rootfs. Or maybe even just doing `add_package metapacakge` - but I guess we can pull in the metapackage via the seed as well?

I think this makes sense as currently we have no way to change the behavior of existing FDE-installed users. There should be a metapackage and seed for this.
Also! I'm open to the naming here. I know we used to call this 'enhanced secureboot' in the past, but not sure if that didn't change..?
