On the one hand that's just a few bugfixes, on the other hand fence-agents doesn't do point releases typically, and this is just a few weeks after 4.12.0 so maybe it's important?  Maybe look at the bugs and judge for yourself if they seem important for ubuntu.  If not, then yeah probably fine to finish this merge and re-merge later as time permits.
