[Merge] ~jchittum/livecd-rootfs:lunar-fix-apparmor-for-6.1 into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

based on some internal Canonical discussions, we need this fix ASAP short term, and it will hopefully be reverted when 6.2 kernel is migrated. 

but for now, if we don't add this in, we're blocked from creating images for testing now.
