[Merge] ~lool/livecd-rootfs/+git/ubuntu:ui-override-images-repo into livecd-rootfs:ui-by-default

Loïc Minier has proposed merging ~lool/livecd-rootfs/+git/ubuntu:ui-override-images-repo into livecd-rootfs:ui-by-default.

Commit message:
Add an override to provide local image definitions when working with livecd-rootfs, could also be helpful for Launchpad builds with custom image definitions.

Fix ubuntu-image invocations to be prefixed with /snap/bin in case the deb is also installed.

Define expected tegra gadget name as done with rpi.
