I'm told by Erich on IRC that the fix for Lunar will need be redone, but
Jammy is ready.

Usually we would want to avoid regressing users on release upgrade
(Jammy to Lunar in this case) but this particular change seems like it
would be of net benefit to land in Jammy now. It would be no different
from upstream having changed the default from Lunar onwards.
