[Merge] ~xypron/livecd-rootfs:riscv_size into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/jammy

Why update-initramfs uses more space on riscv64 Jammy than on other releases is not clear to me. The final image initrd.img has a similar size as on Noble. The final disk image would fit into less then 4 GiB. But we don't have a step for shrinking at the end of the build process.
