Yao Wei has proposed merging ~medicalwei/livecd-rootfs:ubuntu-oem-reorg into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
Reorganizing ubuntu-oem:
- Use ubuntu config directory for ubuntu-oem to reduce inconsistency between ubuntu and ubuntu-oem.  This effectively reverts commits that makes ubuntu-oem working like ubuntu-cpc.
- Allow changing kernel for ubuntu-oem by assigning KERNEL_FLAVOURS externally.
- Add an empty "minimal.standard.live.hotfix" filesystem layer, for image hotfixes in the future.
