Review: Needs Information

rather than adding transitional code, I think I would prefer that we just switch it in one go in both livecd-rootfs and ubuntu-cdimage.  Is there any reason not to?  Daily builds will be down for a little bit but it doesn't have to be long.  Is there a concern about coordinating the switch for both noble and oracular?
