- Remove CDROM from GTK+ frontend. We don't use that stuff anymore
- Remove "Restore Defaults" from authentication as it does not restore the defaults.
- Hide the revert button from authentication page as well, it doesn't do anything there
- Add a message that the gloal keyring is deprecated

I still need to expose Signed-By field by default in the deb822 editor. Sources without it get a warning anyway.
