The proposal to merge ~tintou/network-manager:tintou/no-globally-managed into network-manager:ubuntu/master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

Remove 10-globally-managed-devices.conf

It is preventing NM to manage wired connections (as requested) but there is no reason why this should actually be the case.
