[Merge] ~ogayot/livecd-rootfs:resolute-stable-iso-uses-stable-model into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

The proposal to merge ~ogayot/livecd-rootfs:resolute-stable-iso-uses-stable-model into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master has been updated.

Description changed to:

Build the stable ISO using the stable model, essentially reverting all the hacks that we had.

The change includes an update of the model, that has no core26 but has components defined for the 6.19 kernel series.

The model is taken from https://github.com/canonical/models/pull/77
