A PPA for the Unity2D fallback patch

Hi Shahar,
I tested the PPA package on my netbook. One thing I know that might prevent
it from working is the cache that the test keeps in /tmp. If it found your
system to be capable of running Unity (3D) it keeps a file in /tmp named
/tmp/unity_support_test.0. If you ran the script before installing the
package, then this file might cause the test to pass.
