Обновление с 7.04 на 7.10

Скачал gutsy, пытался накатить апдейтом на feisty не хочет=( как решить 
проблему?
1. В репозиторий диск не добавляется sudo apt-cdrom add (iso записан на 
dvd-rw)
2. Пытался маунтить, маунтится но как его добавить в репы не понимаю..
3. На диске есть баш скрипт cdromupgrade такого содержания:

Ни когда, если чесно, не dist-upgrade не делал, видать по этому не могу 
разобратся. Подскажите как решить проблему  =(
