Subtitle_Usage web site page Romanian Translation

I've made the translation into Romanian for the "Subtitle_Usage"
web site page. And I send it to Alan. But I use the preferred email
listed in Launch pad, and I don't know if this was the right thing
to do.
I will attach the files to this email. I know that Alan is a busy
person, I just want to know he got the files.
The files are in an archive, and there are two: one .po file and
one .txt file. The first one is to see what English string I
translated and the second is to use them to copy&paste into
a new page. If I should do that in an other manner please
tell me and I will do my best.
     I can do the same work for other pages too. I know that 
means an equal amount of work from you so I will do it if is
not to much to you.
