That's because I haven't uploaded any non-English ones to Google yet.
Once I upload them to Google - will do later today, it _should_ just
pick the "right" subtitles for your locale.

Excellent. I'd just record using audacity. That's all I do when I record
in English. Once you have recorded, just send me a link via mail or the
list and I will grab it (any format, ogg, zipped wav, mp3, whatever) and
I will merge it with the existing video.
Not sure how we manage the hosting on the site. Perhaps we need a
non-English page for each dubbed screencast, rather than clutter up one
English page?
