[Bug 213716] [NEW] dnsutils is not built with gss-tsig support

Binary package hint: dnsutils

dnsutils is not built with gss-tsig support. Without this, clients will
be unable to do dynamic updates in Active Directory environments under
the default configuration and will need key pairs made in BIND
environments. This is a pretty serious problem in many environments.
