[Bug 262899] [NEW] Please retry on all failed architectures

Public bug reported:

Dovecot is marked failed on all architectures aside from i386, but this
is because of a glitch in Soyuz that marked it wrong, it was dep-wait on
mysql which has cleared. Retrying should fix this issue.
