The irssi rebuild  on i386 was caught in CHROOTWAIT and was given-back
one hour ago. It should hit the archive soon.

The perl packages you mentioned are in hardy:
libperl5.8 (not libperl5.0) is a real package and perlapi-5.8.8 is a virtual one provided by perl-base.
