[Bug 238878] [NEW] Change likewise-open default Domain separator

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: likewise-open

The default likewise-open (winbindd) separator used is a "\".
However this breaks e.g. ant:

As a patch to ant needs time, it would cause less trouble if the default
separator is changed to be a "+"-sign.

/etc/samba/lwiauthd.conf:

winbind separator = +
