[Bug 200739] [NEW] bind9 apparmor profile is named apparmor-profile

Noticed that in the bind9-1:9.4.2-4 package, the apparmor profile is
named /etc/apparmor.d/apparmor-profile.  The apparmor profile should be
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.named.
