[Bug 368323] [NEW] dovecot refuses connection after upgrade

Public bug reported:

after upgrading my ubuntu-server from 8.10 to 9.04 i was unable to
connect to my imap folder. for some reason or another it changed the
config file to only listen on ipv6.

to fix this go to /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf and make sure listen is set
to Listen = *
