Here is your problem

Uitpakken van mysql-server-5.0 (uit .../mysql-
server-5.0_5.1.30really5.0.75-0ubuntu10.2_i386.deb) ...

debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by
another process: Hulpbron is tijdelijk onbeschikbaar

Basically it is kind of a temporary glitch. If you reinstall mysql-
server you should be fine.

I'll be marking this report as a duplicate, since the issue in question
is already triaged in bug #349469.
