[Bug 406360] [NEW] menu no longer displays add/remove applications

Binary package hint: likewise-open

After the computer has joined the domain and a user is logged in, the
menu no longer shows the option:

Add/Remove Applications

Which disables the everyday user to add or remove program's to his or
here installation.

I experienced this bug in the following setup:

Ubuntu 9.04
