[Bug 302148] [NEW] Installing wine starts winbindd as a daemon

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When you install wine that installs winbindd too. winbindd is then run
as a system-wide daemon even if wine isn't used at all. That is not how
it should be. winbindd should, by default, only be run when wine
actually is in use.
