[Bug 351254] [NEW] Need version bump - 2.1.11 broken with Python 2.6

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mailman

Various Mailman modules call get_type() on email message instances. That
function has been deprecated for quite a while and is now *gone* from
Python 2.6. The fix is to replace every call in every module with
get_content_type(). Mailman 2.1.12 has this change, along with other
Python 2.6 fixes.

I found this in the Jaunty beta.
