[Bug 626812] [NEW] unixodbc-dev depends on libqt3-mt

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unixodbc

unixodbc-dev provides dev files for all packages built from the unixodbc
source package. This includes libodbcinstq1c2 which in turn requires
libqt3-mt. There should be a new package libodbcinstq1c2-dev introduced
to avoid this cumbersome dependency.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 9.04
Release:        9.04
$ apt-cache policy unixodbc-dev
unixodbc-dev:
  Installed: 2.2.11-16build3
  Candidate: 2.2.11-16build3
  Version table:
 *** 2.2.11-16build3 0
        500 http://pl.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

This is also valid for all newer releases through maveric.
