I really have not seen Samba working (with Win7) on Maverick ever since i upgraded to it... though an upstream fix was released in July 2010....

Anyway when do we expect the fix
(https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7577) to be implemented and
working on Maverick?

Current samba 2:3.5.4~dfsg-1ubuntu8.1 clearly does NOT fix this
problem...
