[Bug 518073] [NEW] package samba 2:3.4.0-3ubuntu5.4 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: samba

I fixed the problem by updating the 'alternatives' database by hand, and by adding a an 'exit 0' to the samba postinstall script.
The problem was with the sed command line arguments, but I'm not able to determine the exact information.
