[Bug 503400] [NEW] [lucid] eucalyptus-sc fails to start when installed separately from CLC

UEC installer / 20100105 ISO (eucalyptus 1.6.2~bzr1120-0ubuntu2)
Topology: CLC+Walrus / CC+SC

SC fails to start with the following error:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: edu.ucsb.eucalyptus.ic.StorageReplyQueue

StorageReplyQueue is in eucalyptus-interface-1.6.2.jar, which is shipped
by eucalyptus-cloud.

This bug is distinct from bug 503340, which also prevents SC to start in
this topology.
