[Bug 506316] [NEW] [lucid] New config file system fails to support node registration

ISO 20100112.1 / eucalyptus 1.6.2~bzr1124-0ubuntu2

Running autoregistration or euca_conf --register-nodes does not end up completely adding a node.
The NODES value is never edited in any configfile.

Manually editing NODES in /etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.conf works around
this.
