Hrm, I'm not sure how necessary this actually is...

We now have at least two ways of getting new users to that management
interface.

 1) The /etc/motd has a reference to it.  We could make this reference more dynamic to say something like:
 *** Your UEC is not yet fully configured!  To complete configuration, visit .... ***

 2) And secondly, we now have a meta refresh page running on port 80 on
the CLC that redirects you to 8443, making this interface slightly more
discoverable.

Nick, what do you think?  I'm just trying to resist adding unnecessary
screens to our otherwise very simple installer.
