I don't know, where is the PPPoE configuration by default? I don't
recall blocking anything manually.

My Windows XP PC certainly sees other computers in the network (but not
mine laptop with Ubuntu), I forgot to try to browse them. My Ubuntu
laptop doesn't see anything listed and is unable to browse others
shares.

I'll be around this PC in roughly a week.
