Okay, there's two parts to this bug ...

First, the vgabios that we're using in Lucid right now (0.6c-2) is newer
than what upstream qemu-kvm ships and is known to work well with (0.6b).

Upstream recommends that we either use the vgabios source in the qemu-
kvm package, or downgrade the vgabios in Lucid.

I'll need to get approval to do that.
