[Bug 538902] [NEW] munin-node is no longer being started during boot

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: munin

munin-node is no longer being started during system boot in current
lucid. No log output is being generated in munin-node.log:

kosh at isis:~$ ls -l /var/log/munin/munin-node.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 2010-03-15 03:02 /var/log/munin/munin-node.log

munin-node starts fine manually:

root at isis:~# status munin-node
munin-node stop/waiting
root at isis:~# start munin-node
munin-node start/running, process 6284

root at isis:~# dpkg -s munin-node | egrep -e ^V 
Version: 1.4.3-2ubuntu2
