[Bug 540167] [NEW] UEC tasks should not appear in regular server tasksel

Public bug reported:

On a regular server install, the tasksel screen shows several "Cloud
computing" tasks corresponding to the UEC components. I think this is
undesirable because:

* The recommended way of installing UEC components is through the UEC installer, having the options here is confusing
* Using those tasks will fail in undocumented ways (components half-registered)
* It wastes important space on the tasksel screen

** Affects: eucalyptus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
