[Bug 552115] [NEW] node registration fails if node is co-located with CC, and node hostname is detected as local

euca_conf has (had) a bug where node registration, if the NC and CC were
running on the same machine, will fail if the host passed to --register-
nodes is detected as being on the same machine.
