[Bug 676439] [NEW] missing manpages, listed in the freeradius manpage

Binary package hint: freeradius

After installing the freeradius package (v. 2.1.9+dfsg-1ubuntu1) and
getting on the freeradius manpage, in the CONFIGURATION chapter there
are listed it's configuration files and it's asserted that every file
has its own manpage. But the manpages relating to "huntgroups" and
"hints" are missing.
