[Bug 676894] [NEW] 9.10->10.04 upgrade breaks VMs with qcow2 disks

Public bug reported:

Newer libvirt requires that disk format is described explicitly:
"<driver name='qemu' type='qcow2'/>", but upgrade process does not
handle this and VMs won't boot (domain XML contains default setting,
"<driver name='qemu' type='raw'/>").
