[Bug 639595] [NEW] updating kvm overwrites /etc/qemu-if{up, down} scripts

kvm: 1:84+dfsg-0ubuntu16+0.12.3+noroms+0ubuntu9.2

The /etc/qemu-if* scripts are meant to be changed. I made it so that
above a certain number a different "switch" (bridge) is used.
unfortunately this is overwritten on updating the package. It should be
a .dpkg-dist file instead of overwriting.
