Oke, this is not a bug.

There was a wrong hostname in the /etc/resolv.conf file which created
this error "hostname: Name or service not known"

I did: apt-get remove dovecot-common dovecot-imapd dovecot-pop3d --purge

changed the hostname in the /etc/resolv.conf

You can test if this works with hostname -i

Then I installed dovecot again.
