[Bug 644733] [NEW] On upgrade from Lucid to Maverick CC entries in /etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.local.conf are commented out

At the end of an upgrade Lucid -> Maverick, critical entries on
/etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.local.conf are commented out, causing
Eucalyptus to fail.
