Looks like your MySQL server fails to start, due to another thing running on that port:
[ERROR] Can't start server: Bind on TCP/IP port: Address already in use
[ERROR] Do you already have another mysqld server running on port: 3306 ?

Please check that you can reproduce the error on subsequent upgrades.
