New bug for the regression raised:

Once the PPA postinst/postrm stuff is merged from Dustins PPA
(https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-virt/+archive/ppa) package the original
bug (#741661) with cobbler-web installs not working out of the box will
most likely be resolved.
