[Bug 808224] [NEW] ovs-brcompatd not built

Public bug reported:

I even found a link to its manpage at
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/natty/man8/ovs-vswitchd.8.html but
it turned out this link is invalid.

I think this should be include either in this package or the
openvswitch-datapath-dkms package which contains the source code but
still didn't build the binary.
