Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.  I believe that a file
belonging to the postfix package, which you appear to have installed
earlier, was accidentally deleted.  Could you please try to re-install
it with

   apt-get install --reinstall postfix

and then re-try the instllation of postfix-ldap?  Please let us know how
that goes.
