1. By default flag appears not to be set at all.
     I tried to check CDROM  as first . It doesn't help.
2. Absence spicevmc patches is not connected to issue,
    but  VM functionality is affected . Please , take a look 
    how VM & VIRTINST stuff is done on Fedora 15.
