1 when I start libvirtd manually like this:
#libvirtd -d
#service libvirt-bin status
libvirt-bin stop/waiting

2 I can run another libvirtd by :

sudo service libvirt-bin start
[sudo] password for qiaoliyong: 
libvirt-bin start/running, process 7820

qiaoliyong at qiaoliyong-ThinkPad-T410:~$ ps -ef | grep libvirtd
root      7820     1  2 15:51 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/libvirtd -d
1000      7939 31709  0 15:51 pts/8    00:00:00 grep --color=auto libvirtd
root     19780     1  0 14:24 ?        00:00:19 /usr/sbin/libvirtd -d
