I've not been able to reproduce this issue either on amd64 or i386; it
may be that the .deb that you have for this package is corrupt in some
way.

Please try running the following commands to see if this resolves your
issue:

  sudo apt-get clean
  sudo apt-get install libldap-2.4-2

Please update this bug report if this resolves your issue.

If you still have the same problem please can you provide details of
which archive mirror you are using  - this can be found in
/etc/apt/sources.list - and run the following command to upload more
information to this bug report:

  apport-collect 731763
