I uploaded a fix for this now into natty, its  just:

+++ bind9-9.7.3.dfsg/debian/bind9-default.md5sum
@@ -1 +1 @@
-1229a956d3c6ca11fa344d69f082d7ca  /etc/default/bind9
+2cfcfb7bf1b99c7930fd475907e38be7  /etc/default/bind9

so the default md5sum is out of date.
