With this xml file, on a natty host, after doing

  sudo lvcreate -L 2G -n delme lxc

to create /dev/lxc/delme,

I was able to do

   virsh define ipcop.xmldump
   virsh start ipcop

and then connect to localhost:8 with gvncviewer
